If this technology trickled down to a consumer grade model, muscle bound freaks would no longer be able to bully at will. I think technology is the best way to fight muscle bound bullies.

Guns mace and stun guns would do just fine - its the law thats the problem.

Edit: I see what you mean of course. Even stun guns require a certain level of threat before you can 'activate' its use, even if everyone knows you're packing heat. "Mobile suits" however work even at a zero threat level.

It just seems far-fetched, is all.
