I want to Join CoAlpha

My name is Will and I am Frank's friend. I have known him for a long time and I like the CoAlpha idea. I think CoAlpha has the potential to become a main movement and I will do what I can to support it. This is my application to become a CoAlpha brother.

I have posted a proposal for your membership in the private forum.  If no one objects for one week, then you can join.  Since you don't have a record of forum posts on relevant issues, I assume members will post questions to you here in this thread to help them decide about your membership.

I think the standard 'test' for joining is simple. As mentioned in the other post : Just read "Sexual Utopia in Power" and post what you think about it.

I enjoyed reading it and I agree with the author on all major points except one. Reading it also makes me understand Frank better. There are stuff he talked about before that I found interesting but now I see where it comes from and I now see the complete argument instead of the fragments that I heard from Frank.

The weak part of the article is "WHAT IS TO BE DONE?".

The author's proposal is no more than each men fight for himself. In reality this won't work. The environment is not allowing this. A man who ask for a contract with his bride will most likely be rejected.

What's needed, really, is something like CoAlpha. If CoAlpha works, it will be an alternative culture where men and women are happier than the mainstream. This will make people in the mainstream wants to emulate. They then defect from the mainstream. This is the same as how the author thought that monogamy worked.
