Note that the founders of these companies weren't from upper class families. But they certainly were slime. The American business world is simply a disgusting place where the slime rise to the top. It has nothing to do with race or bloodlines. It is just that the more people you successfully stab in the back, the faster you rise in the American business world. And this simple system guarantees that the scum will rise to the top. Once they are on top, they fear each other and so make deals with each other to protect themselves. They have no fear of regular workers, so they couldn't care less about workers.
